Meet Armando J Esparza Jr
Founder and CEO
Armando J. Esparza Jr. is a seasoned leader with over a decade of management experience, dedicated to empowering youth and fostering the next generation’s growth. He began his career at Costco, advancing from cart pusher at 18 to Senior Manager by 26, leading seven Bay Area locations. In 2020, he joined Amazon as a Senior Customer Success Manager II, advising first-party vendors with annual revenues from $30M to $480M and improving profitability. At both Costco and Amazon, he launched development programs that led to over 20 promotions in a single year.
Raised in San Jose, California, Armando learned the value of hard work early, progressing from entry-level jobs to senior leadership through dedication and mentorship.
His background includes coaching high school football, working with youth at John Muir Middle School, and earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from San Diego State University in 2020.
In 2025, he founded Money Sprouts Youth Empowerment to address the gap in life skills education, with a focus on financial literacy and emotional resilience. Outside of work, Armando’s dedication to fitness reflects the discipline, consistency, and perseverance he instills in the youth he mentors.

Caregiver Education One-on-One Sessions

A comprehensive bundle that combines one-on-one coaching for both youth and caregivers to foster family-wide financial literacy. This package is available for just $40 (a $10 savings compared to individual sessions).
