Welcome to Money Sprouts Youth Empowerment! Below are answers to some of the most common questions future clients ask about our services, payments, sessions, and more.

  • We offer virtual financial literacy sessions for youth and families, including:

    • One-on-One Youth Sessions

    • Caregiver + Youth Sessions (Family Bundles)

    • Adult Financial Empowerment Sessions

    Each session is designed to build confidence in money management, budgeting, saving, goal setting, and more!

  • Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. You can pay within 24 hours via:

    Your session is officially confirmed once payment is received.

  • After we receive your payment, you’ll get a follow-up email within 24 business hours with available session dates/times. You’ll also receive a Google Meet or Zoom link, depending on your preference.

  • To personalize your session, we ask clients to complete a quick pre-session survey. This helps us understand your financial goals and tailor the experience accordingly. There are specific surveys for:

    • Youth

    • Caregivers

    • Adults

    Don’t worry—if you don’t complete it ahead of time, we’ll set aside time at the beginning of your session.

    • A notebook and pen to take notes

    • A stable internet connection

    • A curious and open mindset!

    We also encourage youth and caregivers to join together during family sessions for a more collaborative experience.

  • Yes! Based on client feedback, we now include visual aids and screen sharing for more interactive learning—perfect for visual learners.

  • You’ll receive a session recap email with key takeaways and a post-session survey to share your feedback. This helps us continuously improve your experience!

  • Absolutely! We offer family bundle discounts and seasonal specials. Keep an eye out for our updated Deals & Schedule Calendar for upcoming promotions and availability.

  • We currently operate with a no-refund policy. Payments are non-refundable due to no-shows, cancellations, or technical issues. These policies help us continue offering affordable and impactful education.

  • Yes! We follow strict privacy policies in compliance with CCPA and COPPA. Your information is only shared with essential service providers and never sold.
