Zero Refund Policy

At Money Sprouts Youth Empowerment, LLC, we are committed to providing valuable and accessible services that empower youth through financial literacy and emotional well-being education. To maintain the quality and sustainability of our services, we have implemented a Zero Refund Policy. Once a service is booked, payment is non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions due to personal or technical issues on the participant’s end. While we strive to ensure that all services are delivered smoothly, we cannot offer refunds for technical difficulties, such as internet disruptions or device malfunctions, that may arise during virtual sessions. However, if Money Sprouts Youth Empowerment, LLC is unable to deliver a session due to our own error (e.g., a failure in providing a working Zoom link), we will gladly provide a full refund upon request. As a small business, we rely on the funds generated from our services to sustain our mission of providing affordable education to youth. This policy is in place to help us continue operating and ensuring that we can offer accessible services to all participants. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Zero Refund Policy.
